ABOUT ME

I have had a varied career beginning 3 months short of my 16th birthday when I joined the Royal Navy and became a Clearance Diver. I then proceeded to work offshore in the energy sector as a Saturation Diver. They were challenging times in the early days of the Oil and Gas industry with a steep learning curve for all involved and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. When I reached the ripe old age of 32, and after becoming a parent, I decided it was time to change direction.

I moved into financial services selling life assurance and associated products. Never one to settle for the status quo I moved into a management role after 16 months. I found myself genuinely enjoying the support and training I was getting from the company as a manager. The mentoring and experience that was given to me allowed me to build a productive and happy business with the support of a dedicated and knowledgeable team. Having built a successful team and business I am now focused on sourcing and delivering quality products and services to help fellow entrepreneurs get the best out of themselves and their staff.
